2-6 Days: $120 per day

MILEAGE: Each day you have a wheelchair van rental you will receive 100 miles free, after that it is a cost of $0.45 per mile.
INSURANCE: In most cases your personal insurance will cover a rental accessible vehicle (check with your insurance agent)> Must have coverage insurance and coverage must extend to rental van. Any additional drivers must be listed by name on your insurance. Minimum drivers’ age is 21.
OTHER FEES: Rates DO NOT include fuel. Handicap van will be delivered with a full tank of gas. If a handicap van is returned not full a $6.00 per gallon fee will be charged plus a $30.00 refueling fee charge will apply. A $135.00 clean-up charge will also apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition. NO REFUNDS on early returns on rental vans.
MUST HAVE MAJOR CREDIT CARD ON FILE • A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file if not notified of cancellation within 48 hours.
